Gift Acceptance Policy
Adopted by the Board of Directors on May 12, 2023
ARDC accepts gifts. ARDC is only able to accept unrestricted gifts, unless approval is granted by ARDC’s Board.
Donations will generally be accepted from individuals, partnerships, corporations, foundations, government agencies, or other entities.
ARDC will accept donations of money, in-kind services, securities, and bequests.
At this time, ARDC will not accept gifts of Real Property, Personal Property, or Cryptocurrency, without approval from ARDC’s Board.
ARDC prefers to publish donor names and donation amounts on its web site. However, if a donor or prospective donor requests to remain anonymous, ARDC will hold their information in confidence, subject to legally authorized and enforceable requests for information by government agencies and courts. You can view our privacy policy here.
ARDC does not provide personal legal, financial or other professional advice to donors or prospective donors. Donors and prospective donors are strongly urged to seek the assistance of their own professional advisors in matters relating to their gifts and the resulting tax and estate planning consequences.
